One of Britain’s largest homebuilders has started building tiny homes in an attempt to turn renters into homebuyers in an increasingly unaffordable market.
Just slightly larger than three car parking spaces, the homes all offer a balcony, large windows but no bathtub, and will be priced to fall within the parameters of an average London salary (AU$76K).
